I had high hopes for the Bellevue Hotel, drawn in by its charm and history, but my stay was mostly disappointing due to customer service issues and unmet expectations. While the architecture is stunning and I enjoyed the comfortable bed, I faced numerous inconveniences, from check-in delays to a lack of information about amenities. Overall, the experience felt more frustrating than relaxing, and I left feeling that the hotel could benefit from a makeover and staff training.
